Ancient Mechanical Hydraby ~RedCaliburn

This was a drawing that took 3 days to complete including a colored version, but it is gone because this was done for a school assignment. What I had to do was draw anything mythological and turn it into somthing ancient- a living machine type that's all rusted up and sort of bring it back to life.

This drawing was completed, er... April of 2012? Also the reason I did not put this in my main gallery is because the concept I developed was a little too abstract, and this thing could not develop into somthing realistic. Maybe it could if I drastically change idea's that did not make sense in this picture, but that's what I did with so little time.

Materials used:
-Pencil to sketch concept
-Copic markers
-Prisma pencil crayon and conte chalk in the final version
